So on Monday, I started a new fitness schedule that includes weights twice a week. Today was the second day I did it, and I'm really hoping the core strengthening will make some improvement in my back. I'm going to give the new routine a solid month or two and then see if my pain improves, if my running changes and if I lose those last few pounds.
Overall, I want to improve my fitness. New goals to try for, and being in better overall condition will only help that.
