It will probably be a decision I make a few weeks before, but I wouldn't mind. It's reasonably priced, and the course is nice and rolling, not too difficult, but the wind on the far side of the lake was really strong. A new running friend and I will be in a very remote area next Saturday for a run across some ancient lava fields. She seems very steady and determined so I think we will do well. Likely to be in the mid to high 80's. I'll be daydreaming about the woods in PA. :) - MacMacnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3103468997411815204.post-555293346441369772014-04-28T15:40:07.662-04:002014-04-28T15:40:07.662-04:00I really believe any level of activity you can ach...I really believe any level of activity you can achieve is good for a person - however they can get there. I confess, I prefer the trails and the woods and fields, and if I can't run someday, I'll still hike and hobble as well as I can to stay healthy and get out there. I confess to not really getting it b/c it just seems painful to me, although I fully understand & believe in the positive brain chemical effects.

I ran a little when I was your age -- don't know your exact age but I know you're much younger than me.
